Information Technology Services (ITS) resources at Franklin & Marshall are available from a variety of locations with hours designed to give the Franklin & Marshall community the most convenient access possible. Our goal is to provide integrated support services that enhance the learning process.

ITS supports all members of the college community -- faculty, professional staff, and students.

Where is ITS?

We are where our users are, in offices, residence halls, classrooms, and the library. ITS is not a single entity; we offer a range of services through the network, the phones, and on a walk-in basis.

On the ground level of the Martin Science Library, you will find the:

• Help Desk
• CPR Center
• Computer classroom

On the first floor of the Martin Science Library, you will find the Computer Workroom.

On the ground level of the Stager Hall, you will find the:

• Media Center (non-print educational resources)
• Media Creation Stations
